This obligation survives the termination of these Terms but does not apply to information that is publicly known, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.
• Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
